A Long Weekend In London

I spent a long weekend in England last weekend.

There was a brief stop in Windsor, where Katie was finishing up a work trip.
But we were largely in London, staying at the Mondrian on South Bank.
We visited some excellent bars.
And we drank many excellent cocktails, like this “Chico de Ganso”: Ron Zacapa rum, black cherry emulsion, chocolate, orange, lime, Orinoco bitters, yoghurt powder.
We ate many things.
We spent time with many friends.
We even managed to catch up with my parents, a quarter of the way around the world.
And we explored a great city that I have steadily grown to love.
