Just a few weeks after the debut, Produce was back for Volume 2, this time closer to home.

There are five matches on this card I would recommend checking out, and it's notable they're almost entirely different reasons:

  • Ranna Yagami vs. Johnnie Robbie, for strong style striking and because Johnnie Robbie absolutely has it;
  • Marko Stunt vs. Beastman, for the purest big man vs little man archetype match I think I've ever seen live;
  • Effy vs. Fred Rosser, because sometimes a well-timed blade job does raise a match to the next level;
  • Mance Warner vs. Mad Dog Connelly, for a war involving some genuinely gruesome spots;
  • Lee Moriarty vs. Jonathan Gresham, for finishing what they started in January with the best Pure Rules match I've seen.

I'll miss Volume 3 live, but looking forward to Produce returning to White Eagle Hall for the last wrestling show under current venue ownership. May they tear the house down.
